Welcome to PT. XD Sakti Indonesia. Before entering the workshop area, all visitors are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), especially helmets and safety shoes, and must pass through the water shower gate in accordance with our safety standards.

Winding Workshop

This is the Winding Workshop, measuring 132 × 24 × 18 meters, where coil winding, pressing, drying, and assembly processes are carried out.

We operate:

• 2 units of 20-ton vertical winding machines for HV 150kV 60MVA
• 2 units of 15-ton vertical winding machines for TV 150kV 60MVA
• 2 units of 10-ton horizontal winding machines for FR 150kV 60MVA

The facility also includes a coil storage area, a 2500 kN pressing machine, and 2 vacuum drying plant units.

Assembly Workshop

Next is the Assembly Workshop, measuring 169 × 30 × 28 meters, covering core stacking, active assembly, and general assembly processes.

Key facilities include:

• 80-ton and 220-ton core stacking tables
• Assembly racks for active parts
• Tanking area with 10-ton capacity

Testing & Capability

PT. XD Sakti Indonesia also features a 500kV 500MVA transformer that has successfully passed Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), demonstrating high standards of quality and reliability.

The facility is equipped with advanced testing capabilities up to 500kV 685MVA, ensuring all products meet international standards before delivery to clients.
